Lauren Murphy -vocals/guitar
James Harman- guitar
Doug Harman - keys & Cello

Former Bay Area Resident & beloved Ca. performer, Lauren Murphy, returns to Oakland's Moss House reuniting with her Trio for this one day only event. Playing in support are Doug Harman (Bela Fleck, The Rowan Brothers plus) on Cello & keys, and his son James, a young guitar prodigy. The three having been playing together for close to 2 Decades.

Murphy is best know for her power-house vocals (ZERO/Lansdale Station) & since the untimely passing of her musical partner & husband, The Judge, has fully dedicated herself to her family and career. Her Album "El Dorado", dedicated in loving memory to Judge, hit rave National Reviews. Murphy is currently making quite the name for herself along the Gulf Coast music scene from Mississippi to Florida. Now residing in an artist hamlet on the Mobile Bay, southern Born Murphy returns to "The Other Bay" and her other home, bringing back her unique and provocative style of soul & blues.

"Lady Willpower" - Relix Magazine

"In a crowded field of sometimes repetitious music mediocracy, it's refreshing to experience Murphy's gift for originality and soul-stirring performances. "
- Johnny Cole The Southland Music Line

"Songs from the Heart. The Real Deal" - No Depression
